The company's independent research and development and production of non-magnetic sensor remote water meter, eliminated the existing use of two winding inductive wire solid flow detection technology, developed an external coil and four internal small coils on the circuit board detection technology, improve the detection accuracy and product integration. At the same time, under the condition of ensuring low power consumption, the sampling distance of non-magnetic sensor is increased to more than 10mm, so that non-magnetic sensor sampling can be directly installed on the glass of the ordinary wet mechanical water meter, so that the transformation of the ordinary mechanical meter becomes more simple and convenient.

Using non-magnetic sensor sampling technology, the data sampling accuracy can reach 0.001m, meet the requirements of flow curve required by partition metering, and realize the instantaneous flow comparison of pipe network flow in intelligent water supply, thus realizing the needs of partition metering size table flow comparison and leakage control. In addition, various data such as reporting interval, positive and negative cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, low voltage alarm, flow alarm, etc. of data collection can be set according to requirements, provide strong data support for the Water Division to create smart water and big data analysis.
The water meter adopts a rotary metering structure, which has the characteristics of high metering accuracy, small starting flow, remote meter reading, exquisite and beautiful appearance, safety and hygiene, long service life, etc. Wireless connection is adopted between the meter and the collection equipment, and the wireless remote water meter can realize remote intelligent reading of the user's monthly, weekly and daily water consumption data, and realize data sharing with the background server.

6. Installation Instructions
1, the choice of water meter caliber should be based on the installation site of the pipe diameter and flow is equal to or less than the water meter commonly used flow as the basis to select the appropriate caliber of the water meter;
2. The straight pipe section with more than 10 times DN shall be reserved before the table and more than 5 times DN shall be reserved after the table (DN is the caliber of the table);
3, the installation location should be convenient to disassemble and easy to read the water meter measurement data, should avoid exposure, rain, flooding, pollution and external magnetic interference environment. During the freezing period, in addition to the water meter and the water pipe bandaged, when not in use, the water meter inlet end valve closed, the water outlet end drain valve and faucet open, in order to prevent the water meter due to freezing expansion and damage;
4, installation (especially the new pipe section) should avoid hemp silk, tape, sand and other debris into the water meter pipe, resulting in water meter measurement failure;
5. During installation, in order to measure accurately, the water meter outlet pipe should be installed no less than 0.5 meters higher than the water meter, and a valve should be installed on the pipe in front of the water meter so that the water source can be closed when the water meter is removed. The water meter shall not be directly connected with the pipeline, and there shall be a flexible joint between the water meter and the pipeline (such as pipe joint, connecting nut, nozzle sealing gasket, etc.). When disassembling the water meter, do not pull hard to avoid damage to the water meter;
6. When installing, the water flow indication arrow on the watch case must be consistent with the water flow direction. The installation method must be in accordance with the water meter reading plate marked horizontal or vertical installation, and make the reading plate upward;
7. If the water meter is installed in the boiler or solar water heater inlet pipe, it should prevent the hot water from flowing backwards.
