Working principle

 

Solving the Cavitation Problem

The fan blade is evenly distributed by the guide ring to divide the medium flow upstream of the fan blade ring into many small flows and guide them to do spiral motion. The valve body and the surrounding medium adjacent to the pipeline are forced to change the flow direction. In this way, cavitation bubbles are confined in the center of the pipeline and are completely stored in the water bag. Even if these bubbles are unstable and burst, because they burst in the center of the pipeline, they will not hurt the pipe wall, cavitation is also avoided.

 

Selecting the appropriate piston control valve

The xenon cage is an extension of the piston with holes. The number and shape of the reverse flow holes are determined according to the operating conditions. The medium (water) is throttled by the outer circumference of the squirrel cage into multiple high-speed fluids, which are sprayed radially to the center of the squirrel cage circumference and collide with each other. As a result, cavitation is confined to the center of the cage and no wood is damaged, and the kinetic energy is lost due to the control.
